- Instant Access: Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download immediately. You will also receive an email with the download link.
- Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us — we’re always here to help.
3. Personal Use License
When you purchase a digital print, you are granted a Personal Use License.
- What you can do: Print the artwork as many times as you like for your home, office, or as a one-time gift for someone else.
- What you cannot do: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files or the printed artwork. You cannot use the art for commercial purposes or upload it to "print-on-demand" sites (like Society6 or Redbubble).
- Ownership: The copyright of all designs remains with Aurea Creative Studio.
4. Printing Disclaimer
We provide high-resolution (300 DPI) files to ensure the best quality. However, the final result depends on your printer, the paper you use, and the color calibration of your screen. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.
5. Future Physical Orders
For any physical prints (when available), shipping times and return policies will be provided during checkout. We aim to package everything with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

We strive for perfection, but we cannot be held responsible for any technical issues on the user's end (e.g., software compatibility or printer malfunctions).
